Q .Which crypto exchanges can I send to ?
At this time, withdrawals are available only to crypto exchanges listed in the FAQ below.
List of exchanges that support direct crypto asset transfers
Important notice:
From July 31, 2025, we updated the way you select withdrawal destinations.
You can now choose a destination only from the available “Exchange / Service” options shown on the screen. Transfers to exchanges that are not listed are not supported.
Please also be aware that even if you registered an exchange in the past, withdrawals to exchanges not listed in the FAQ are no longer available. Thank you for your understanding.
Q . Can I transfer crypto assets to/from private wallets such as Metamask and Ledger Nano ?
Deposits and withdrawals are still possible.
But you will need to enter additional items, when you maker the withdraws.
Q. Can I still deposit and withdraw Japanese yen ?
Yes, you can.
There is no effect on deposits and withdrawals in Japanese yen.
Q. What address should I enter for the receiver when add withdrawal addresses ?
Please enter the recipient's address, not the exchange's address.
If the address is unknown, please confirm it with the receiver.
After September 29, 2022, you will need to additionally register the receiver's address and the purpose of the withdrawal.
Q. Will the travel rule change any procedures when depositing or withdrawing money ?
From April 1, 2022, you will be required to register additional information such as the receiver's name and address. Also, you will be required to register additional items even if you have already added the address to which funds will be withdrawn. Please note that withdrawals cannot be made if you have not registered the additional items.
