Has the email verification been completed?
The email verification process is required for withdrawal requests.
After you submit a withdrawal request, a verification email will be sent to your registered email address, and accessing the URL in the email will complete the withdrawal process. If you have not yet authenticated your e-mail, please do so.
Please note that after a certain amount of time has elapsed since the email was sent, the "email verification timeout" will occur. In this case, please re-apply for withdrawal.

Is there any discrepancy in the account information of the account to which the funds will be withdrawn?
We are unable to make withdrawals to bank accounts other than the same name as your bitbank.cc account.
If a withdrawal is cancelled, there may be an error in the registration of the account information of the account to which the withdrawal is to be made.
■Please confirm that the registered bank account is in the same name as your bitbank.cc account.
If you have registered an account in someone else's name, please withdraw to an account in your name.
Even if the account is in your name, if the name differs even by one character, it will not be considered as the same name and may be cancelled. This includes differences such as the presence or absence of a muddle, differences between alphabetical characters and kana, "ヅ" and "ズ," etc. In this case, please contact us using the Inquiry Form.
■Please make sure that there are no errors in entering the name of the financial institution, account type (ordinary/current), branch name, account number, and name of the account holder.
If there is an error in the input, the account may be identified as a non-existent account or someone else's account, and the JPY may not be withdrawn.
Cancellation due to the convenience of the bank from which you wish to withdraw.
If the financial institution where you wish to withdraw is not open for business (nighttime, maintenance, etc.), the procedure for Japanese Yen withdrawal may be canceled.

Requests for additional registration and updating of registered information
Withdrawals are suspended when information has not yet been registered for unreflected deposits.
Starting in April 2024, all customers are required to register information for unreflected deposits for all deposits of crypto assets. Deposits made between April 1 and April 23, 2024 have already been reflected in your account, but you will need to register information even if your crypto assets have already been reflected.
If you have not registered your information for deposits made during this period, you will not be able to make withdrawals.
