If you forgot to enter your deposit number, please contact us using the inquiry form to provide the following information.
*The deposit number is only required for deposits made at SBI Sumishin Net Bank.
- Date and time of transfer:
- Amount of money to be transferred:
- Name of the payee :
- Deposit number specified by us:
Please confirm the deposit number by switching to the SBI Sumishin Net Bank screen on the Japanese Yen deposit screen.
*Please also submit a capture ("png" or "jpg" format) of the transfer details or the transfer completion screen, if you have one.
In case the deposit is not reflected even if you put your deposit number
Please check the following.
The deposit number itself was incorrect.
The deposit number is a unique number consisting of 4 alphabetic and 5 numeric characters.
If the deposit number is incorrect, the deposit will not be reflected.
There was a space between the deposit numbers.
If there is a space between a letter and a number in the deposit number, the deposit will not be reflected.
Deposit number was written in katakana
If the deposit number is written in katakana, the deposit will not be reflected.
When making a deposit by hand from the bank counter, please enter the deposit number in the Kanagaki field in alphanumeric characters, not in katakana.
