The price may be displayed as [CLOSED] at the 販売所（Sales Office） in any of the following cases.
・When network conditions are poor
If network conditions are poor, the price may be displayed as "CLOSED".
Please try in a good network environment.
・Smartphone time-lag
If there is a time-lag on your smartphone, the price may be displayed as "CLOSED".
Please check if the automatic time setting is turned on in your smartphone's function.
・In case of failure
The price may be displayed as "CLOSED" when there is a malfunction.
Please try reloading the screen (restarting the application).
・When the circuit breaker is triggered
We have five trading modes, and the price will be displayed as "CLOSED" in any mode other than "Normal Mode".
The modes other than "Normal Mode" are "Circuit Breaker Mode," "Preparation for Reopening Mode," "New Listing Mode," and "Indefinite Circuit Breaker Mode.
