・Change the character encoding of CSV files
Please change the character encoding of the downloaded CSV file to the one supported by the software you are using before uploading the CSV file.
The procedure for changing the character encoding depends on the operating system, but the following steps may be applicable.
1. Go to the download folder on your PC.
2. Open the downloaded CSV file in a text editor such as Notepad (or right-click on the file and select "Edit").
3. In the text editor, click "File" - "Save As".
4. Change the "Character encoding" at the bottom to the one supported by the software you are using.
5. Click "Save".
・Designate the character encoding of your software to UTF-8
The operation could differ depending on the software, but you may check the file without garbled characters by changing the character encoding or designating UTF-8 when importing the file.
