*If there is a change in your first name, or if there is an error in registering the furigana of your name, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
*If you have been naturalized as a Japanese nationality from a foreign nationality and your registered name has changed, please click here.
1. On the registration information page, please click on "修正" in basic information.
2. Please input the revised information in the fields you wish to revise.
3. Please click on "次に進む".
4. Please click on "次に進む".
5. Please select and upload the type of identification document with the new name, and click on "確認画面へ".

6. Please check "お客様情報とご登録の内容に相違がない事を確認しました" which means that you have confirmed there is no discrepancy between your information and the registered information.
7. Please check "画像が不鮮明でない事を確認しました" which means that you have confirmed the images are not blurred, and click on "登録".
8. The status of 本人確認書類 will be "審査中" and you have completed the procedure to revise the information.
Once done with the review, we will send a completion e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
