This page explains how customers who have already opened an account can submit information regarding their tax residence country, etc.
Submission can be made from the Registration Information Page.
Since the notification form based on the Act on Special Measures for Taxation is created using the registration information, please update your registered address and other details if they are not current.

1. On the Registration Information Page, click the "Update" button in the Basic Information section.
2. Enter your name (in alphabet).
* If you click on a displayed candidate notation, it will be auto-filled, but if the candidate notation is incorrect, you can correct it.
3. Click the "Proceed to Next" button.
4. Select or enter the items related to the notification of tax residence country, then click the "Proceed to Next" button.
[If you select "The tax residence country is only Japan"]
[If you select "There are tax residence countries other than Japan"]
5. After confirming the update details, check "I confirm that there are no discrepancies between the customer information and the registered details" and click "Register".
This completes the submission of information on your tax residence country, etc.
▼For Corporate Customers
1. On the Registration Information Page, click the "Update" button in the Basic Information section.
2. Enter the corporate name (in alphabet).
3. Enter the name of the beneficial owner (in alphabet).
4. Scroll down the page and select or enter the items related to the notification of tax residence country, etc.
* If you select "The corporation or beneficial owner has tax residence countries other than Japan," please also fill in the displayed items.
5. Select the classification of the corporation.

6. Click the "Confirm" button.
7. After confirming the update details, check "I confirm that there are no discrepancies between the customer information and the registered details" and click "Register".
This completes the submission of information on your tax residence country, etc.
