When transferring crypto assets, network selection may be required depending on the exchange or wallet. For us bitbank, network selection is also required for crypto assets that support multi-network (multi-chain).
About Multi-Network (Multi-Chain)
Multi-network is a structure in which a single crypto asset supports multiple networks. For crypto assets corresponding to a multi-network, the network can be selected according to the user's usage.
When withdrawing from bitbank.cc
Please refer to the network of each crypto asset on the withdrawal method page and confirm whether the network is one that can be received by the exchange or wallet to which you are transferring to. For crypto assets that support multiple networks, there is a network selection screen, so please select a network that can be received by the exchange or wallet you are transferring to.
When depositing to bitbank.cc
When depositing crypto assets to us, please check if the network from which you are sending is a network supported by us in the network of each crypto asset on the deposit method page, and if you need to select a network, please select a supported network. If crypto assets are transferred with a network that we do not support, we will not be able to process the recovery.
Notes
-
Crypto assets other than BNB do not adopt "BNB Smart Chain" and do not support deposits via BNB Smart Chain. At this time, if crypto assets are accidentally transferred from the BNB Chain, recovery cannot be processed.
-
AXS only supports ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum network and does not support deposits from the Ronin network. At this time, it is not possible to process a recovery if it is inadvertently transferred from the Ronin network.
