1.Upload in a good communication environment.
2.The image size is less than 1 megabyte.
3.Uploadable extensions are .jpeg .jpg .png.
4.If using an app, update the app and phone version to the latest version.
※For opening a corporate account, uploading of the Certificate of All Historical Matters in PDF format (.pdf) is not avairable.
※Identification documents cannot be submitted by mail.
