Two-step verification is an authentication method using an authentication application such as Google Authenticator.
If you are unable to log in because you do not know the code for two-step verification, please check the following.
The two-step verification code is displayed on the authentication application. It will not be sent to you by short message or e-mail.
If you are asked to enter the two-step verification code, you have already set up two-step verification in the past. (Most of our customers set up their two-step verification before or after they opened their accounts.) You may not be able to verify your account because you have changed your device model, had your device repaired, or deleted the verification app by mistake.
・If you do not have the following apps installed on your smartphone
・When the bitbank verification code is not displayed when you open the verification app.
・If you are unable to log in even if the time settings of your smartphone and the app match and you correctly entered the code
If any of the above cases describes your situation, please contact us using the contact form, stating that you wish to cancel the two-step verification.
In other cases, if the following does not solve the problem, please contact us using the contact form, stating that you wish to cancel the two-step verification.
・Please enter the latest code (the code currently displayed on the application).
※The verification code has an expiration date of about 30 seconds and is updated with a new code each time, so please enter the latest code displayed each time you log in.
※If there is a discrepancy between the time setting of your smartphone and the time setting of the two-step verification application, authentication may fail.

・If you open the authentication application and there are multiple bitbank.cc account.
※Please try to log in with the authentication code displayed at the bottom of the screen. If you can log in, delete the other authentication codes.
※Please try logging in with another authentication code other than the bottom one, just to be sure. If you can log in, please delete the other authentication codes.
・If you are using iOS 15 or later and the bitbank.cc authentication code is not displayed in the authentication app
※The authentication code may be saved in the "Settings->Password" of your iPhone device. Please refer to this page and try logging in with the authentication code if one has been issued in your iPhone device.
