This page explains how to withdraw crypto-assets using Bitcoin (BTC) as an example.
If you want to withdraw Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monacoin (MONA), and Bitcoin Cash (BCC), please select the one you want to withdraw on the withdraw page.
※The operating procedure is the same.
How to withdraw
When withdrawing BTC, you will need to check the BTC address on the service of withdrawal destination.
1． Please click "出金" on the menu.

2．Please click "出金" for BTC on the withdraw page.
3-1. Please choose the bitcoin address you would like to withdraw.
If there is no additional information registered for the address, please follow the FAQ below to complete the registration process.
3-2. If you have no registered address, please click the "Add Address" button to add a new one.
Please refer to the FAQ below for details on how to add an address.
How to add withdrawal addresses
4．After completing the addition of the addresses, please make a withdrawal request.
Select the address and specify the amount to be withdrawn.
※Network fee will be charged.
※When you have pending orders you cannot withdraw those assets. In this case please cancel the order and then complete the withdrawal procedure again.
5．Enter the two-step verification code and SMS verification code on the confirmation box and click the "出金する" button.
6．A confirmation email will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Please access the URL in the email to complete the withdrawal procedure.
You can cancel your withdrawal prior to email confirmation.
Please click the "キャンセル" button on the right side of your withdrawal history to cancel your withdrawal.
※If you do not receive a confirmation email, please make sure it is not in your spam mailbox.

7．Once the withdrawal is completed, the details of the withdrawal are displayed in the withdrawal history of the BTC withdrawal page.
The status will be "出金完了" and the transaction ID (txid) is shown.
Points of attention
・Please confirm that the amount of withdrawal exceeds withdrawal fee.
The withdrawal fee for BTC is 0.001 BTC.
・Please pay attention to the minimum withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limit.
・Please make sure that your address is correct.
If the withdrawal is completed and txid is displayed, we are unable to cancel the withdrawal.
In case of wrong address, withdrawal to a different crypto assets address, etc., please contact the service to which your assets were withdrawn.
In case your withdraw is not reflected on the destination service
Please contact the service you are withdrawing from with the txid listed on the withdrawal page.
※If money transfers have already been completed, we will not be able to respond.
