Before changing the model of your smartphone, please check the following three points.

To set up Two-Step Authentication on a new device, you will need a "Secret Key".
If you have already backed up your Secret Key
You can set up Two-Step Authentication on the new device. Please refer to the following for details.

If you have not backed up your Secret Key
If you have already set up two-step verification and want to back up your secret key, you will need to deactivate two-step verification once.
If you have an old device with app for the Two-Step Authentication, you can deactivate the setting by yourself. Please click here to know how to do so.
If you have already changed your device and cannot deactivate the two-step verification by yourself, please contact us from here.
If you are using Google Authenticator
You can transfer your account on Google Authenticator, if you have the old device and the new device both. Please refer to the following for details.

By saving the secret key in a different location, you can set up two-step authentication on multiple devices.
When the two-step verification application becomes unavailable due to a device malfunction or model change, you can continue to use the same verification code by entering the secret key into the verification application downloaded on the new device.
※Please be sure to keep the secret key in a safe place because if the secret key you keep is leaked, a third party will be able to break through the two-step verification.
Leaving both two-step verification and SMS verification deactivated is very dangerous because it increases the risk of unauthorized login.
After backing up your two-step verification, be sure to set up two-step verification before proceeding to deactivate SMS verification.
Cancel SMS verification (if you plan to change your phone number)
1) Select "Settings" from the menu on our website and press the "Cancel" button for"SMS verification.
2) Press the "Send confirmation code" button, and quickly enter the 6-digit code sent to you by short message. Please enter the code quickly as it has a 60-second time limit for use.
3) Press the "Cancel Request" button.

Your registered e-mail address (if you plan to change it)
If you plan to change your e-mail address, please contact us to change the registerd e-mail address.
When contacting us, please use either your current e-mail address or your preferred new e-mail address, whichever you are able to send and receive. We will not be able to respond to inquiries from an email address that does not correspond to either of the two.
When you change your e-mail address on bitbank, we will confirm the following information.
- Your current e-mail address
- The new e-mail address you would like to register
- Reason for the change of e-mail address
- *Selfie photos of the front and back of your submitted identification documents with the specified character string
