Resetting two-step verification (for those who have already set up two-step verification)
If the bitbank.cc two-step verification code is not issued by the new device's authentication app, you will not be able to log in due to two-step verification. To issue the two-step verification code issued on the old device on the new device, please use one of the following methods.
If you are unable to transfer or reset the code yourself, please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of this page .
1. Transferring your Google Authenticator account
If the authentication application you are using is Google Authenticator and you have an old device and a new device, you can transfer your account. For more information, please refer to the FAQ below.
I want to transfer my Google Authenticator account because I am changing my device.
2. Backup of Secret Key
If you have backed up your Secret Key when setting up your current two-step verification, please refer to the FAQ below and set up two-step verification on the new device.
*Please make sure to keep the secret key in a secure place, as if the secret key you have stored is leaked, a third party will be able to break through the two-step verification.

If you have changed your phone number and have set up SMS verification, you need to reset SMS verification.

If you are unable to do this yourself, please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
The phone number registered in the basic information is not linked to the phone number set for SMS verification. Customers who have already set SMS verification and have changed their phone number should correct their basic information and cancel (reset) SMS verification, respectively.
