We will guide you on how to register a financial institution for Japanese yen withdrawals.
Important Notes
※ Withdrawals cannot be made to deposit accounts of securities companies or other cryptocurrency exchanges. Please register an account at a financial institution such as a bank.
※ Please be careful to select the correct account type: "Current" or "Ordinary".
※ Even if the account numbers differ, you cannot register multiple accounts at the same bank branch.
※ Overseas bank accounts cannot be registered. Only financial institutions within Japan can be registered.
※ Cryptocurrency cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
1. Tap the menu icon with three lines "≡" and select "Withdrawal," then tap Japanese yen on the withdrawal screen.
2. Click "Register Bank Account" and tap "New Registration."
3. Select the financial institution for withdrawal and enter the branch name in full-width characters. Searching by "branch" or "sub-branch" will display all branches and sub-branches.
(In this example, Mitsubishi UFJ Bank is selected.)
4. Select the account type (Ordinary or Current), enter the account number, and select the account holder name for withdrawal. If security authentication is set, enter the authentication code before registering.
※ Only accounts in the name of the bitbank.cc registrant can be registered as withdrawal accounts.
5. Registration is complete.
