- Check other mailboxes such as junk mailbox
Even if your mailer is not sorting junk mail, your provider may be automatically sorting it for you.
- Check receiving permission list
A verification email will be sent to the email address you have registered on bitbank.cc.
If you do not receive it, please add "noreply@bitbank.cc" to your list of recipients.
- Is the internet connection good ?
Please check if the internet connection is bad or if plane mode is off.
- Make sure your email inbox has enough free space
If there is not enough free space in your mailbox (inbox), please delate some emails to make enough free space.
