Please do not enter your e-mail address, password, 2FA verification code, or any other information on its fake site.
In addition, please be careful not to make a deposit on a site that is fraudulent in the name of our company.
When you receive a fake email claiming to be from bitbank, please forward the email to phishing@bitbank.cc. (Please note that there will be no reply from this address as it is for receiving emails only.)
When you find a fake site that impersonates the name of bitbank, please provide us with information using the inquiry form below.
The information you report will be used for takedown activities to have the fraudulent site shut down.
■ We have confirmed the phishing e-mails using the sharing function of Google Docs.
The links using the domain "docs.google.com" have nothing to do with our company.
■ Websites using domains such as "bitbank.land", "bitbank666.com", "bitbankchain.com", and "bitbankchain.co" have nothing to do with our company.
