If the procedures are not completed within the deadline, withdrawal restrictions (JPY and crypto assets) will be applied, so we kindly ask you to complete the process as soon as possible.

In some cases, we may periodically confirm customer information through email only.
If you receive only an email and no dialog appears after logging in, there is no need to submit customer information or complete registration procedures. However, if there are any changes to your information, please submit an update request.
Whenever there are changes to your registered information, please promptly submit an update request. In addition, when you receive periodic customer information confirmation emails, please take the opportunity to review your current registered information once again.
