Deposit and withdrawal history for crypto assets and Japanese yen can be downloaded as CSV files.
*The data that can be downloaded as CSV files is limited to 100 entries per currency, deposit, and withdrawal, respectively.
To check deposit history using a browser
*The following is an example of BTC.
1. Move the cursor over the "human-shaped mark" in the upper right corner and click "入金（Deposit）" from the menu.
2. Press the desired currency.
3. You can download the CSV file from "CSV Download" on the right side of the deposit history.
To check your deposit history on the application
*The following is an example of BTC.
1. Tap the menu in the lower right corner.
2. On the deposit page, tap the desired currency.
3. Tap the dot in the upper right corner of the deposit page.
For withdrawal history, please select "出金（Withdrawals）" from the menu and check it in the same way as above.
