We only accept deposits in Japanese yen by bank transfer.
After your account is activated, please make a transfer to the specified SBI Sumishin Net Bank account.
How to deposit Japanese Yen
1．Click "入金" button on the trading page.
2．Click the "入金" button for Japanese Yen in the list of deposits for each currency.
3．Please check the "振込依頼人名義" in the middle of the screen.
4．Please enter"振込依頼人名義" in the transfer name section at your preferred financial institution.
ex. ABCD12345ヤマダタロウ
With 9-digit deposit number in front of your name make the transfer reflected immediately.
※Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take until the next business day for your payment to be reflected.
【Note】
Deposits without deposit number will not be reflected to your bitbank account immediately.
If you have forgotten to enter your deposit number, please contact us via the contact form.
Please note that it may take a few business days for your deposit to be reflected in your account as we will need to investigate.
※Depending on the remittance service of some financial institutions, it may not be possible to add the deposit number to the transferee's name field. In this case, please consider making a deposit from another financial institution.
Each financial institution has different procedures for changing the name of the transfer.
