Before withdrawing crypto assets, it is necessary to register the destination address and beneficiary information. The following is an example of adding a BTC address.
※Please confirm tthe destination address at the wallet or exchange from which crypto assets will be withdrawn.
※The information you register will be reviewed by us. Please be sure to register your information in advance.
※If the message "Additional fields are required" appears when making a withdrawal to an address that has already been registered, please click here.
1. On the BTC Withdrawal page, please click "Add Address" → "Add New" (the image below shows the case when you have no registered address).
2. Please enter the information required for address registration.
①Label: Please enter a name as you want in order to associate with its recipient.
②BTC address: Please enter the BTC address of the recipient.
③Remittance adress: Please select the type of payee from the options.
・Exchanges/Services
Click "Select Exchange/Service" below the options and select the appropriate exchange/service name from the list displayed.
・Other
If none of the exchanges or services listed apply to you, please select other and enter the name of the payee in the "Enter the payee" field.
・Private wallet
If you choose this option, there is no entry field.
④Recipient: Please choose whether the recipient is the person himself/herself or not.
・If you are the person himself/herself.
Please select the person himself and confirm that the name and the input in フリガナ field displayed are correct.
If you need to correct your name, please click on "登録情報を変更" to revise the registered name.
※Please refer to this page on how you may revise the registered name.
・In case you are not the person himself.
Please select "Not the person himself" and choose the recipient's type from "Individual/Corporation/Unknown" and enter the required information.

⑤Recipient's address：Please register the recipient's address
※Information after ⑤ will be required from September 29, 2022.

Click on the details of the purpose of the withdrawal and select the appropriate one from the list that appears.

Click on the details for the purpose of your withdrawal and enter your details.
・If you select Storage or Donation
If you choose this option, you do not need to select additional details.
3. After entering the required information, please click "Confirm" to confirm your registration details, and then click "Add" if all goes well.
4. If you have already set up 2FA verification or SMS verification, enter the verification code and click "Submit" (If you have not set up 2FA verification or SMS verification, this screen will not appear).
5. Your application to add a withdrawal address has been completed. The results of the review will be sent to you by e-mail. Please apply for withdrawal after the review and approval.
