How to add withdrawal addresses

Before you withdraw crypto assets, you must register an address and the account information to which you are going to send crypto for your withdrawal.
Here is an example on how you may add a BTC address.

 

※Please confirm the address to which the crypto will be withdrawn at the destination address.
※Please refer to this page if you receive a message "Additional fields are required" when making a withdrawal to a registered address.

 

1. On the BTC Withdrawal page, please click "Add Address" → "Add New" (the image below shows the case when you have no registered address).______1.png

2. Please enter the information required for address registration.

①Label: Please enter a name as you want in order to associate with its recipient.
②BTC address: Please enter the BTC address of the recipient.
③Remittance adress: Please select the type of payee from the options.
・Exchanges/Services
Click "Select Exchange/Service" below the options and select the appropriate exchange/service name from the list displayed.

・Other
If none of the exchanges or services listed apply to you, please select other and enter the name of the payee in the "Enter the payee" field.

・Private wallet
If you choose this option, there is no entry field.

 

④Recipient: Please choose whether the recipient is the person himself/herself or not.
・If you are the person himself/herself.
Please select the person himself and confirm that the name and the input in フリガナ field displayed are correct.
If you need to correct your name, please contact us via our inquiry form for your name change request.
※Please refer to this page on how you may revise the registered name.

・In case you are not the person himself.
Please select "Not the person himself" and choose the recipient's type from "Individual/Corporation/Unknown" and enter the required information.

3. After entering the required information, please click "Confirm" to confirm your registration details, and then click "Add" if all goes well.

4. If you have already set up 2FA verification or SMS verification, enter the verification code and click "Submit" (If you have not set up 2FA verification or SMS verification, this screen will not appear).

5. The addition of the withdrawal address is done.

Please click "Close" and submit your withdrawal request.
